On the occasion of 75th birth anniversary of eminent arbitrator and counsel, Dr Andrzej Tynel, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce issued a Jubilee Book, dedicated to the issues of arbitration and mediation. Mr Krzysztof Falkiewicz is an author of the chapter “Common court cognition witth respect to control arbitrary court rulings – selected notions of jurisdiction”.
